Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

The lead time for each product will be advised upon quotation.

Upon dispatched, delivery will normally be made the next working day via courier. Northern Ireland addresses may be 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Orders from our ‘Client Collection’ area will be dispatched same day (if ordered before 12:00pm) and delivered the next working day by DPD.

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any failed delivery on the part of courier or delivery service used to deliver your order. If such a problem arises, we will contact the customer and advise of any issues and provide constant updates.

Returns & Cancellations:

Concept Incentives Ltd are committed to providing the highest level or service and customer satisfaction.

Our products are custom branded to order so we can only offer refunds/returns under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is different than what was ordered
  2. The product is faulty or broken

Should either of the above situations happen, please contact us via email, sales@concept-incentives.co.uk or phone, 01625 430077 to discuss the problem. Photos may be required to confirm the issue.

Any problem with an order should be disclosed within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Failure to advise Concept Incentives Ltd of any problems within 24 hours of receipt will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.

We do not accept returns of any samples.
