Yes, we require your design either as a high res PDF or editable EPS file. If you do not have these formats, our creative team can convert your JPG or PNG file for an additional cost.

All of our products have different lead times. The lead time for each product will be advised on your quotation. If you need your products for a specific date within that lead time, let us know and we will see if we can speed things along for you.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

An origination charge is a fee for setting up a machine for branding your product. This could be making the print stencil for your print, calibrating the engraving machine or making the embroidery disc. This cost is sometimes reduced or FOC if you reorder the same product with same print in the future.

We can provide product visuals which show a digital representation of your logo on a product. Once an order is placed, we will also send another visual proof to you showing print size, position and colour on the product. This must be approved before your order enters production.
